Nothing. THE WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE! First of all, i booked this hotel to my family exclude me. They are my mom, my dad, my sibling. They came to this hotel at night and put them in room on 3rd floor. It seemed it dont have lift so my family to the room using the stairs. I booked deluxe room. When my mom checked in, the male receptionist whose name I don't know, gave mom a paper and he said "this is for a breakfast tomorrow" for which my parents got a free breakfast. The next day, in the morning my mom went down to the small restaurant using the stairs and the female receptionist said that my family couldnt have breakfast. Those who can get breakfast, if they booking directly from the hotel. ARE U INSANE????? ARE U KIDDING ME?? My mom answered to her "the male receptionist said we get breakfast". And she looked for him and asked him if it was true? U know what the hell this male receptionist saying??? The man lied when asked by his co-worker and said he didn't say anything about breakfast. SO U THINK MY MOM IS LYING TO YALL??? LMAO I don't mind if they don't get breakfast. You are wasting my mom's time and draining my mom's energy having to go up and down stairs. At least tell them early if they dont get breakfast!!!! I tried to call the hotel, I just want the male receptionist to apologize to my mom! U lied and u troubling my mom. But its difficult to call the hotel. No ome answer my call. The receptionist is also unfriendly!
